The CITVC Bouquet We recently had the opportunity to speak with Paulina Nieliwocki, the owner of Blue Jasmine Floral. This conference was a wonderful opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the beautiful colors and flowers Paulina was using during her demonstration. The conference was extremely therapeutic and insightful. Not only did we learn about the floral industry, but Paulina even shared her mantra when it comes to creating bouquets; “go big or go home, just like your dreams”. This happened to be my favorite conference we’ve had since we’ve been in quarantine because Paulina was very open and casual with us. She was willing to answer all of our questions and teach us more about what she does everyday. (My favorite part had to be when she showed us a flower on screen, and I knew the name instantly!)
